A 13-year-old boy is accused of manslaughter in a Northern California crash. Police say he stole a relative's car over the weekend and led officers on a chase in Woodland, near Sacramento. It ended when he slammed into two cars at an intersection, causing them to burst into flames. A 43-year-old mother was inside one and died. Her two children and five-year-old granddaughter were with her and remain hospitalized in critical condition.
