23 year old Angel Footman is a teacher at Griffin Middle School. Apparently, she's been letting students beat the hell out of each other in class. According to reports, a school resource officer was notified about the fights on March 24, and several videos of the fights show to be happening between the 22nd and 23rd of March. Several of the sixth grade girls told detectives that they participated in planned fights during school hours, and that they were invited back for more. They also say that Ms. Footman made statements like, 30 second, no yelling, no phones. Detectives say that you can see Ms. Footman sitting at her desk during the fights not doing anything about them. She would just make statements like no screaming, no nothing, and stop puling hair. She tells investigators that she didn't plan the fights, but also didn't do anything to stop them or report them. She's looking at four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
