Self control is difficult for some. Last month in Sydney Australia, 49 year old Kip Perrin was working on a Saturday and had dinner and drinks with co-workers after they finished for the day. After dinner, they went back to the boss' house. When Kip left at 2 a.m., he decided to rest at a bus stop for a spell. That's when he decided to take his pants off and masturbate for over an hour. He was spotted by a passerby who called the police. As soon as he saw the cops, Kip put his pants back on and split. He turned himself in after CCTV footage was released to the public in attempts to catch the man. He initially denied the wrongdoings, but once police showed him the footage, he said, "That's not me. I've never done that before, but that's me." He eventually plead guilty and expected back in court in May.
