A Colorado man is facing charges after being caught getting a different kind of high at a Florida air show. Navy personnel notified the Monroe County Sheriff's Office that Delmar Grant was smoking drugs on Naval Air Station Key West property. The marijuana was found to be laced with Fentanyl. Police say they found pot and drug paraphernalia in his car. He was arrested.
