An Arkansas father is under arrest for piercing his teenage son's ear. There are allegations that he violated the state's law regarding body art. The father admitted he did the piercing in his home. That goes against state law that says piercings must be done in a licensed facility. The father has also been charged with child endangerment. The son allegedly can be heard on video taken during his father's arrest saying he asked for the piercing.
