Lat weekend in New Braunfels Texas, a group of men and women decided to go to the local Dick's and swipe a few things. One male and female went into the store to steal the items while the other male and female waited in the car with a baby. The couple in the store got caught, but were able to leave before the police showed up. Unfortunately for them, the police were able to track down the getaway car. After a bit of a chase, they were stopped and that's where the police found an 8 month old baby in the backseat surrounded by drugs and paraphernalia. Everybody in the car was taken in on Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. The mother of the baby was also hit with possession of marijuana, two charges of possession of a controlled substance for meth and coke, along with endangering a child.
