A Texas woman is accused of using a seatbelt to tie her son to the side of her car and dragging him down a highway to punish him. According to court documents, video another driver sent to the Archer County Sheriff's Office on May 2nd shows the boy outside the car with a seatbelt wrapped around him. He's forced to run alongside the car as his mother slams on the brakes, then speeds up. One part of the video shows the boy hanging onto the side of the car, trying not to fall. His mother was arrested that day and charged with endangering a child. She was released on 100-thousand dollars bond.
