Kid Arrested For Skittles Assault

In Minnesota, a 19 year old Tristan Stetina walks into an eatery and started pelting customers and employees with Skittles. When police arrived, one of the victims told police that she was hit in the back of the head which caused a stinging pain. Police noticed Skittles all over the floor and a wrapper near a trash can, but no Tristan in sight. After getting a description from one of the victims, they new who they were looking for because they had arrested Tristan twice before months earlier for possession of LSD and 27.92 grams of weed wax. They found Tristan at a nearby business, but Tristan wasn't going easily. He resisted and even tried to trip one of the officers as they attempted to apprehend him. They eventually cuffed him and took him in misdemeanor assault, along with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
