Police in Illinois were dispatched to a residence when they learned that a suspicious person had been caught on camera near a horse barn. When they got there, they found 39 year old Jack Blanke standing near two horses with his wiener out. Jack was taken in on criminal trespass, and taken to jail. He was just arrested in April for sexual contact with an animal.
