A Frankfort, Kentucky woman has been charged with criminal abuse after allegedly using a stun gun to discipline her six-year-old son. Mary Cirillo was arrested this week for using the Taser on the boy when he was acting up because he wanted strawberry milk. She is also accused of letting her boyfriend use the stun gun on the boy in June. Cirillo's bond is set at 20-thousand-dollars.
