A Miami police officer is facing a battery charge after he's accused of throwing a cheeseburger at his wife before throwing a punch. Officer Andres Perez was arrested last week by Miramar Police after cops were called to the home he shares with his wife. The pair was allegedly arguing about "financial and infidelity issues" when he threw the cheeseburger at her, and then punched her.
