According to reports, 20 year old Amari McClung was at the Kentucky State Fair over the weekend with his girlfriend. As the two were walking down the midway, Amari's loaded Glock 22 .40 cal fell out of his waistband. As he fumbled to catch the pistol, it went off as it hit the ground, shooting his girlfriend in the foot. Luckily no one else was hurt. Trooper who were nearby were able get to him and take him in. He was arrested for wanton endangerment and carrying a concealed weapon under the age of 21. The girlfriend was taken to the hospital and she is expected to be fine.
