PhD Student Arrested For Injecting Chemicals Under Neighbor's Door

Neighbors can be assholes. A University of South Florida student is behind bars now for screwing with his neighbor. Umar Abdullah has had issues with his downstairs neighbor Xuming Li since he moved in. Xuming has complained about noise since the beginning, anything from footstep to the Roomba for years. One day Umar had a friend check on a package while he was out, and while she was there, her eyes started burning and she felt like somebody threw chili powder on her. After calling all kinds of services out to find the smell, they finally decided to put up a camera to see if they could catch the culprit. Their video showed Xuming injecting methadone and hydrocodone under he door causing the foul smell. Cops were called out and Uming was arrested for three counts of battery for dispersed chemical agent, possession of a controlled substance, aggravated stalking, and battery on law enforcement via the chemical agent.
