I guess they gotta learn sometime. In Phoenix, troopers got calls from drivers saying they saw a kid driving a pickup on the freeway. When they finally located the truck, the 10 year old bot behind the wheel led them on a bit of a chase before eventually pulling over in an emergency lane. In the truck with the kid was 49 year old Ovando Alvarez with an open container. He was arrested for said open container along with endangering and unlawfully permitting a minor to drive. The boy didn't get in any trouble.
