Serial Flasher Arrested In Oregon

Creepy creeps be creepy. Back in August of last year, neighbors of Michael Dick called the Beaverton police because Dick here was standing on a bench in his back yard, Porky Piggin' it looking into his neighbors backyards. When police talked to Dick about his actions, he said he was too ill and denied the accusations. Another neighbor came forward with some surveillance footage showing Dick in various stages of undress standing on a ladder or bench as he looked over his fence into neighboring yards masturbating. Dick already has a rap sheet for multiple convictions of public indecency. Because of the past convictions, Dick is now looking at felonies and got 90 months in prison.
