Man Shoots His Dog To Death

In Florida, 36 year old Shane Braley got a new puppy for his wife and 4 year old kid earlier this month. They named the dog Cotton. Well, last week, Shane had put some food down for his other dog Dixon. That made Cotton curious as to what was going on. Well, Dixon didn't like that and attacked young Cotton. Well, Shane didn't like that, so he grabbed Dixon by the neck and put him on the back porch. That's when Shane walked to the gun cabinet and got his gun. Shane's wife pleaded with him not to do anything, but Shane went outside and shot the dog. He then came back inside and proceeded to beat the crap out of his wife. According to her, he was extremely intoxicated and "checked out". Shane was arrested on domestic battery and for killing his dog. both are first degree misdemeanors.
