Texas state prison officials are confirming that a convicted murderer from is accused of killing a serial killer in his cell. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice says 50-year-old inmate Billy Chemirmir was found dead in his cell at the Coffield Unit in Tennessee Colony early Tuesday morning. Chemirmir was reportedly killed by his cellmate, a murderer from Harris County, whose name hasn't been released. Chemirmir started serving a sentence of life without parole last year for murdering two elderly women near Dallas. He was suspected of another 20 killings.
