Police in California are apologizing after mistaking a young boy for a wanted vicious felon. Sacramento officers pulled over a pregnant woman and her eight-year-old son, thinking the child matched a wanted juvenile's profile. Despite complying with instructions, the mother was informed later that her son resembled someone officers had been watching for two years based on hair texture and a white shirt.
