Man Says He Didn't Know There Was Over Two Tons Of Weed In His Van

Late last week deputies pulled over a Mercedes van for following too close just outside of Lincoln Nebraska. The van they say was heading to New York from California. When they approached the vehicle, they noticed the smell of weed coming from the van. The driver agreed to a search of the vehicle. When they took a look they found: 435.47 pounds of pot, 12,330 joints, 12.69 pounds of THC edibles, & 5,384 vape carts. The driver said he had no idea what he was hauling, and that he was a carrier. The investigation continues.
