In Utah, Caleb Wood ordered up some Chick-fil-A fries and a shake through Grubhub last week, but did not get the shake he ordered. According to Caleb, he got his food, put a straw in his drink, took a sip and realized it was warm urine and not a shake. He called the delivery driver back to his house to confront him about it. The driver admitted to getting the two Styrofoam cups mixed up, saying he works long hours and doesn't take bathroom breaks, but just goes in his car instead. Caleb reached out to Grubhub who refunded part of his bill. After four days of trying, they gave him his money back for the food but not the delivery fee or the tip. Grubhub says what happened was unacceptable. They fired the driver and are following up with the customer to apologize.
