Two people are hospitalized after a freak accident in Sussex County, Delaware. "First State Update" reports it happened this afternoon in the Captain's Grant area, when someone fell from a 16-foot ladder and landed on an elderly man below. Both patients have been airlifted to the hospital. Their conditions are unknown.
