Joker Arrested On Battery & Gun Charges

A pedicab driver named Brandon Morris, who was dressed as the Joker for Halloween, was arrested for being a dick. According to reports, he had given a a woman named Debra Smoot a ride in his little pedicab. When they got to the destination, the two got into an argument over a payment of $15. That's when he allegedly threw the woman to the ground, rummaged through her stuff, and took cash from her wallet. That prompted 11 separate calls to 911. When police arrived on the scene, they found Debbie on the ground crying and yelling with swollen red legs. She told the police it was a black man dressed as the Joker. Two witnesses backed up Debbie's claims and the cops went looking for the man. They found Brandon still in the area, and he told them he didn't recall any altercation that evening and that he didn't put his hands on anyone. They searched him and found 9mm Taurus on him that was fully loaded with one in the chamber. They went ahead and took him in for battery, and two felonies, robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
