A little girl has been abandoned at a Texas hospital and nobody knows who she is. Doctors at Dallas's Baylor University Medical Center think she's about six years old. The girl says her name is Alejandra but that's really all she knows. The girl was dropped off at the Emergency Room Monday, possibly by her mom, and is now in the state's foster care system. Whomever abandoned Alejandra could be facing charges.
