Sometimes....bigger isn't better. A wealthy Turkish banker, Ilter Turkman went to the doctor recently to add some length to his 4.7 inch wiener. He claims the doctor, Dr. Haluk Soylemez, assured him an increase of 1.1 inch to his tiny dong in both length and girth. After some close measuring, he found that he was shorted 4/10 of an inch...and scarred. The man is seeking over $16k in compensation. He has already gotten a second procedure to address the bleeding and limit the damage done by the previous dong doctor.
