A suspected street racer is out on bail following his arrest on Saturday. Bexar County deputies arrested Leonard Estrada for racing with a child improperly restrained in the back seat. Deputies spotted Estrada's Porsche and another car racing along I-10 at speeds over 100 mph. They pulled Estrada over, but the other car got away. A six-year-old in the back seat was wearing a seatbelt but wasn't in a child safety seat. Estrada is charged with racing on a highway and child endangerment. Deputies seized his Porsche.
