A Florida man was recently arrested for being a douche bag customer. According to reports, 54 year old Alberto De Barros, went to his local Subway for some food. After getting his food and realizing the sandwich had not been cut in half, he got upset and started arguing with the clerk. He started causing a scene, and the clerk said she wasn't going to serve him anymore. That's when he got pissed and threw the sandwich at the woman, which hit her in the lower parts of her body. She chased him outside, got his tag number, and called the cops. Cops used the tag number to track Alberto down at his home. He admitted to getting upset, but said he thought he threw the sandwich at the counter....not the clerk. He was taken in for battery, and was later released.
