There's an update out of Hollister, California days after a man was found hanging from the hood of a car. The woman who allegedly drove that way for almost a mile is now charged with vehicular manslaughter. April Garcia was arrested last week. The 24-year-old claims she went to see someone she met online but drove off when the man approached. She says he jumped on her car yelling threats before falling onto the pavement. Police believe there was a transaction between the two and the woman took off with his money.
