Some people celebrate things differently. In Nashville, police responded to a shots fired call around 6a.m.on Monday. When they arrived at the scene, they found 26 year old Craig Miller and his friend sitting on a curb at an intersection. When they questioned the men, they both said they never heard any shots. Then a delivery driver comes up and tells them that they saw Craig fire two rounds in different directions and waving the gun around. After doing a search, they found a gun in a nearby parking lot, which made them go back and question Craig and his friend again. Craig said he had a gun but it wasn't on him. He was taken into custody for reckless endangerment after the witness verified his identity. Craig then admitted to firing eight shots in celebration of his recent divorce. Upon further searching Craig, they found a weed pen on him along with some stolen property from a vehicle break-in from earlier in the night, which is where the gun came from. Craig kicked one of the officers in the stomach when they tried to detain him, and said he was going to kill all of them whether he was in handcuffs or not. Craig is now looking at over a dozen charges including reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, motor vehicle burglary, theft of a firearm, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and assault on a first responder.
