Over in Japan, a 56 year old man decided he wanted to pull an April Fool's prank on park goers. According to reports, on April 1st, the man was riding his bike through the park around 2 a.m.. Cops noticed he was naked from the waist down and picked him up for public indecency. While going through his phone, they found a picture of him with his butthole pressed up on one of the water fountains. He says he did it because he was horny. They took him in public indecency and property damage. The park was closed for the day so they could clean every water fountain in the park.
