Man Found Drunk And Naked Sitting In A Garbage Can

A Florida man tried his best Oscar The Grouch impression for police but failed. Last Saturday, 35 year old Wyly Weeks was found drunk AF sitting in a trash can naked. When police questioned him, he told them "he was allowed to be drunk, disorderly, and sit naked in a trash can on the public sidewalk". He went on to tell them that he could not be punished for his actions and didn't have to give them his name or demographics. After a bit of a non violent struggle, they eventually removed the nude dude and took him into custody. He's been popped for a few things in the past, one of them for walking out of a bar naked with another man, to which he told police then that they thought it would be funny to strip off their clothes.
