A convicted child rapist from Louisiana is going to be castrated. A judge ordered that Glenn Sullivan be castrated and spend the next five-decades behind bars. The 54-year old is from the tiny town of Springfield, which is between New Orleans and Baton Rouge. In a statement, prosecutors said the punishments are meant to seek justice for kids in their community. Sullivan groomed the 14-year old victim and threatened her with violence if she reported the rape, which led to a pregnancy.
