here is new information about a deadly dispute between two neighbors in Summerlin. Las Vegas Metro police say the victim, 47-year-old Joe Moreno, was shot multiple times on Monday night after he exposed his genitals to the suspect's family, including his five children. The suspected shooter is identified as 32-year-old Eddi Moreno Jr, though there are no reports of the men being related. Court documents say the men lived next door to each other. The suspected shooter, who surrendered to police without incident, is facing a murder charge.
