Pantsless Man Crashes Into Jail, Throws Rubber Snakes And Makes Threats

40 year old Joseph Leedy is a homeless man that crashed a car into the Martin County jail all while wearing a ladies blouse and no pants. According to reports, Joey smashed through the glass doors of the jailhouse lobby, then got out, started pouring motor oil on the floor, and said he wanted to burn the place down. He went on to say how he wanted to kill everyone while he threw rubber snakes on the floor and fought with deputies and fire personnel. He was eventually restrained and taken to the hospital before being taken back to jail for booking. Joey is looking at charges of criminal mischief and four counts of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer
