Police are searching for a bicyclist who rode off with a Port Charlotte, Florida restaurant tips jar more than a week ago. The tips jar contained donations from patrons and fellow workers on behalf of a kitchen manager who just had a baby that needs intensive care. Witnesses say the biker spent several minutes reading a note on the jar describing the woman's plight before he pedaled off with it. The diner has resumed its fundraising efforts.
