In India, a woman by the name of Tanvi put in an Amazon order for a new Xbox controller…and received an unexpected bonus delivery along with it. Video posted online shows that inside the delivery box, with the controller, was a baby spectacled cobra, or Indian cobra…with venom that’s potentially fatal to humans. Tanvi says she was “put on hold for two hours” by Amazon customer service while trying to deal with the problem, and she’s positive it happened because of a “serious lapse in safety” by the warehouse where her shipment was packaged. The cost of her delivery was refunded, but Tanvi is still exploring other legal options.
