A man who police in Orange County say was nude and acting erratically is dead after being arrested. The Anaheim Police Department says the 26-year-old died in a hospital on Sunday morning, 16 hours after his arrest. Police believe the man was under the influence of drugs, though toxicology test results are pending. Police say the man was given Narcan after showing signs of medical distress on his way to the hospital. His exact cause of death is not clear.
