In Louisiana last Saturday, 38 year old Brionka Benjamin was at the Walmart with her 20 year old niece when a fight broke out with other customers near the entrance of the store. That's when Brionka threw her 6 month old baby in the trash can so she could throw down. Police came out to deal with the fight. They arrested Brionka for simple battery and cruelty to juveniles. The niece was arrested for simple battery, and the baby was released to other family members and was not injured.
