Woman Arrested For Vigorous Public Performance

In Key West , police were called to Bayview Park around 6:30 Am last week on reports of a man passed out with his pants down. When cops arrived, they found that the man that was passed out, was actually a woman. Oklahoma native Theresa Dunlavey was apparently laying down behind a statue "vigorously" rubbing her vagina. One officer told another officer he had watched the woman stimulate herself but didn't say for how long. As officer's approached her, she was pulling up her pants, and told cops she didn't know why they were there. She was arrested for indecent exposure.
