Authorities in Maryland are looking for a man that decided it was a good idea to harass female joggers. According to reports, earlier this month, three female joggers were approached between 6 & 9 pm by a young man wearing a white t-shirt, black and red basketball shorts, and a Lilo and Stitch bucket hat. He is said to be Hispanic, between 17 and 23 years old, and was masturbating when he approached the women. They were able to scare the man off. Police have beefed up security around the park and the investigation is ongoing.
