Dentist Charged With Burrito Battery

When your birthday burrito is used against you. According to reports, Dr. Esha Persad, a Florida dentist, was getting her husband Taco Bell and McDonald's for his birthday. Shortly after midnight on a Saturday, the two got into a fight where she threw a soft shell taco at the man hitting him in the face. Cops came out and took a report where he called the item a burrito instead of the soft taco that it was, saying that there was still burrito on the victim's face. When asked why she did it, she said she threw a burrito at him after he threw the bag at her. She was taken in for domestic battery and later released.
