Family members are calling for justice after a man was found dead at a nursing home in Miami-Dade County. A Justice for Elin Etienne rally was held yesterday in North Miami outside the North Dade Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The 71-year-old entered the facility for rehab last month, but he hadn't been seen in two weeks. Yesterday morning, his body was found decomposing in a closet.
