Last Friday, Louisville police got a call about a woman trying to get into random cars. 28 year old Ricki Smith apparently jumped into a woman's car as she walked into a store, but there was a baby in the back seat. The woman was pulled out of the car, and when asked why she did it, she told police that Kanye West telepathically told her to do it. She was arrested for attempted kidnapping and attempted auto theft.
