A Kentucky man was arrested Sunday morning after he rammed into a vehicle. According to the San Mateo Police Department, the man was mad at the other driver because he had his lights on bright. 62-year-old Frank Falcone allegedly told police the bright lights upset him “because of the brightness and potential radiation,” so he took the next logical step and ram the other vehicle with his own. He then allegedly backed up and rammed it at least two more times for good measure. Falcone was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
