Man Shoots Instacart Driver He Mistook For Intruder

According to reports, the wife of 43 year old Nicholas Sabo made an Instacart order for some groceries but forgot to tell Nick about it. She got a notification on her phone from a home security camera and thought someone was there to break into a utility trailer they had and told her husband. Nick then goes out to check it out and sees the delivery driver. Without saying a word, he shoots the driver in the leg. The driver then ran to the car where his wife and kids were waiting and drove off a bit to call 911. He was taken to the hospital for surgery and is stable. Nick is now looking at charges of recklessly endangering another person.
