According to reports, Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office deputy Francisco Melo was attempting to board a cruise ship when law enforcement got a tip that he was trying to smuggle ecstasy. Before he got on the boat, a K9 officer sniffed out the dope that was disguised as Skittles. Police found some 60 pills hidden inside the candy bags. He was arrested at the Royal Caribbean terminal in Port Miami and relieved of his duties. He's now being charged with possession, sale, and trafficking of a controlled substance.
