A man is accused of attacking someone over a handicapped spot at an Orange County, Florida church. John Phillips was arrested yesterday in connection to the September incident. The sheriff's office says a woman was putting her five-year-old niece in a car seat outside St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Orlando when the suspect pulled up in front of her parking spot. Phillips is accused of blocking the victim from leaving before yelling at her and punching her. Investigators say camera footage backed up the woman's story. Both the woman and suspect had disabled parking permits at the time of the incident.
