A Minneapolis man is facing up to eight years in prison for making a fake bomb threat to a local hospital. Theophilus Hayes is accused of calling in a threat to Hennepin County Medical Center this past Sunday. According to reports, the hospital call center received a call from someone saying, "I placed a bomb in the hospital, it's going to go off, thank you." Hayes reportedly confessed to being drunk when he called, adding that he was upset over how the hospital treated him months ago.
