A man was accidentally released from custody in Salt Lake City following his sixth DUI charges. KUTV reports Brady Snelgrove was arrested earlier this month, and a judge ordered him held without bond. However, he was later released without having to pay any bail, and even bragged about being let out on social media. Authorities realized their mistake when he failed to show up for a court appearance last week. Snelgrove reportedly left the state to go to rehab, but will be extradited back to Utah once he completes treatment.
