According to reports, 38 year old Jose Manuel Arce-Martinez, a Mexican national illegally residing in the states, committed armed robbery of restaurants and food trucks in Las Vegas from January 21st to January 26th of this year. In each incident, Jose pulled out a privately made .40 cal pistol threatening employees and stealing money and personal items. Those items included cell phones, a gold necklace, a wallet with debit cards, driver's license, and social security card. He now faces four counts of interference of commerce by robbery, four counts of brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence, and two counts of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm. If he's convicted, he's looking at a maximum of life in prison.
