Jaclyn Diiorio, 26, was arrested in Gloucester Township after she began communicating with a confidential informant to pull off a double murder. She's accused of using the Tinder app to hire what she thought was a hitman to kill her ex-boyfriend, a 53-year-old cop with the Philidelphia Police Department and his 19-year-old daughter. She was willing to pay $12,000.
